Dear Colleagues,
Due to the Polish Sailing Association’s (PZSS) challenge to our new statute, we must urgently organise an Extraordinary General Meeting to vote on the necessary amendment:
Current statute:

4. The Association operates under and within the limits of applicable laws.
Proposed amendment:
§1
4. The Association operates under and within the limits of applicable laws, with particular regard to the Sports Act of 25 June 2010 and subsequent amendments.
The meeting will be held on Tuesday, 2 September 2025, at the Wavelove restaurant garden (3 Podchorążych Street, Kraków):
